Captured at sunset in the Hokkaido region of Japan, this flautist has been serenading these Whooper swans at sunset for over 30 years. The Whooper Swan (pronounced hooper), Cygnus cygnus, is a large Northern Hemisphere swan. It is the Eurasian counterpart of the North American Trumpeter Swan.
