The 2013 IPA (International Photography Awards), sponsored by the Lucie Awards, had over 18,000 submissions from 104 countries participating in this annual competition. Four Honorable Mentions were granted for my work that I submitted for consideration. IPA is based in Los Angeles, California, USA.
